Manga
Manga consist of comics and print cartoons in the Japanese language and conforming to the style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. Manga isn't the same as anime.
Grant Wood
American painter from Iowa. Painting style oddly resembles anime even though he had no contact and teachings of that style of art. He uses soft, geometric patterns with lots of use of perspective.
