Manga
Mangconsist of comics and print cartoons in the Japanese language and conforming to the style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. Manga isn't the same as anime.


Grant Wood
American painter from Iowa. Painting style oddly resembles anime even though he had no contact and teachings of that style of art. He uses soft, geometric patterns with lots of use of perspective.

To me, this quote means evil is human nature, and, when given the option, people will choose the negative path because it is of least resistance. Art takes thought and effort, and it comes from feeling and emotion. It's not always easy to choose good as it is not always to make art.

Frank Frazetta was an artist, noted for work in comic bookspaperback book covers, paintings, posters, and album covers. His style is darker the Dr. Seuss's. It's serious and often portrays people with exaggerated form.
